1. Who operates this website

This website is operated by Scott McCulloch, trading as McCulloch Regulatory Compliance (“McCulloch Regulatory Compliance”, “we”, “us”). McCulloch Regulatory Compliance is a sole trader established in the United Kingdom. Correspondence may be sent to the address shown on our contact page.

Where services are provided by an affiliated entity established in the European Union, that entity is identified in the relevant engagement agreement.

2. Information only

The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. McCulloch Regulatory Compliance provides regulatory compliance advisory services. It is not a law firm and does not practise law. Nothing on this website constitutes legal advice, regulatory advice, or advice of any other kind, and none of it should be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer or professional adviser addressing your particular circumstances.

Where we use terms such as “legal representative”, “EU representative” or “authorised representative”, these are names given by legislation to specific statutory roles. Our use of them does not indicate that we practise law or provide legal services in any jurisdiction.

Please do not send us confidential or commercially sensitive information before an engagement agreement is in place. Information sent to us before that point is not treated as confidential, creates no obligation on our part, and does not preclude us from acting for any other party.

Regulatory requirements, official guidance and published interpretations change frequently. Content on this website reflects our understanding at the date of publication or last update shown, may refer to specific versions of documents that have since been superseded, and is not maintained continuously. We are under no obligation to update it.
